Prescription guide
- 1Ask your optometrist for a copy of your current prescription — most will email it the same day.
- 2Choose your frame and colour, then select “With my prescription”.
- 3Upload the file, type the values, or send it later using our secure link.
- 4Add your PD if you have it. If not, we will take care of it.
- 5We check every prescription by hand before your lenses are cut.
Your prescription is collected only to make your lenses, transmitted securely, stored with your order and never used for advertising.

Shipping & returns
- Complimentary shipping on orders over $150; $12 flat rate below that.
- Prescription orders ship in 7–10 business days once your prescription is confirmed.
- Non-prescription sunglasses ship in 2–4 business days.
- 30 days for exchanges and free lens remakes. Delivery timing is always shown before payment.
Fit, Style & Vision Confidence Promise
If the fit is not right, we will exchange it. If the style is not you, we will help you choose again. If the vision is not perfect, we will remake your lenses. Thirty days, no debate — because a frame you do not reach for is not glamour, it is a drawer.
Accessibility
We build toward WCAG 2.2 AA: full keyboard navigation, visible focus states, semantic landmarks, meaningful alt text, non-colour-dependent status, reduced-motion support, and an alternative to every drag interaction. Camera use is always optional and never required to buy. If something is not working for you, tell us and we will fix it.
FAQs
- How do I send you my prescription?
- Upload a photo, scan or PDF while you build your frame, type the values in by hand, or send it later using the secure link we email after checkout. Your lenses are never cut until it is confirmed.
- What if I do not know my PD?
- Leave it blank. Our team measures it from your prescription where possible, or we will walk you through a two-minute measurement.
- What if the frame does not suit me?
- You have 30 days. Exchange for another frame, or let us remake the lenses if the vision is not quite right — both are free.
- Do you sell frames without a prescription?
- Yes. Every sunglass style is available as a non-prescription fashion frame, and most optical frames can be fitted with clear non-prescription lenses.
- Do you provide eye exams?
- No. Rosalind Jones does not provide eye exams or medical diagnosis. Your prescription must come from your own eye-care professional — we make it beautiful from there.
